A traditional Polish table is gaining popularity at our events. Then, we decorate it with a thatched roof, the stands are covered with old table-clothes and we hang tresses of garlic and onion, cottage sausages and serve lard with cracklings browned with apple particles in stone jars, sour cucumbers and rolled bacon on wooden platters.
